WINE CELLAR We welcome visitors to our cozy tasting room to learn about our vineyard and the grape varieties that grow well in the North Country. We offer wine tastings daily and our fee is $3 which allows you to pick 6 wines to taste from our list of over 20 wines, including sparkling wines, dry and sweet wines, and a late harvest wine.
Our tasting room includes a gift shop designed to offer you all your wine related needs, and a picturesque view of the Black River Valley. Make the best of your trip by planning to spend some time with us. We have a selection of local cheeses, Croghan bologna (a local favorite!), and crackers available for a snack with your wine. Feel free to bring your own picnic, enjoy a glass of wine or beer available here at the winery and relax in our beautifully landscaped gardens located next to our vineyards.
Hours of operation for our tasting room are Monday-Saturday 10-6pm and Sunday 10-4pm. Large Groups: Please call ahead to schedule a time for a group of 8 or more people to visit and taste wine.
WINE DOWN THURSDAYS After a long work week, come "Wine Down" at Tug Hill Vineyards with wine, beer and great friends. Doors open at 5pm and local musicians play live music from 6-9pm. We will be serving up lite food including meat and cheese boards, sandwiches, soups and desserts. Every Thursday April 6th - October 26th.

TASTE AND TOUR CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.Taste and Tour in the winery building (where we actually make the wine!) and enjoy the beautiful surrounding gardens! You will be able to purchase wine and giftware from there, also cheese and crackers will be available for purchase. CHECK IN AT THE WINE CELLAR, NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE DURING THE OFF SEASON
SUNDAY BUFFET BRUNCH Come enjoy a gourmet brunch on our screened in porch with a picturesque view of the vineyard and Black River Valley. In the cooler months, cozy up around our expansive stone fireplace in our beautiful hand-hewed timber framed building. Seasonal menu changes weekly and can be viewed on our website by the link on the home page. Available seating times are 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:00pm. Reservations are strongly recommended at 315-376-4336. Brunch cost is $21 per person and includes unlimited trips through the buffet, coffee, hot tea, lemonade, iced tea, and water. In addition to our estate wines, build your own mimosas and bloody marys, beer, cocktails, juice, milk, and soft drinks are available for purchase. Available April 9th - December 17th.
The BANQUET FACILITY is open year round for all types of private bookings, from 20 to 150 people. We are open for luncheons and gatherings during the day, minimum of 20 people. We are the perfect spot to host your event: dinner meeting, cocktail party, class reunion, anniversary party, rehearsal dinner, corporate or educational events, and of course wedding ceremonies and receptions!
4th Annual Garden Party | June 16th | 6pm-9pm
Fourth Annual Garden Party is Coming Up! Join us on Friday, June 16th from 6-9pm. Tour our gorgeous gardens that are in full bloom while enjoying delectable appetizers paired with Tug Hill Vineyards' award winning wines. Live music will be provided by Mark Mason. Shrimp cocktail skewers with fresh pineapple and grape tomatoes
Chicken Daffodillies: buttery biscuits freshly baked with a chicken, dill, and cream cheese topping
Wild Mushroom Tea Sandwiches: wild mushrooms on crispy puff pastry squares and topped with shaved parmesan cheese
Fruit and Goat Cheese Crostinis: toasted baguette topped with a goat cheese spread, assorted fresh fruit, and drizzled with a honey balsamic reduction
Potted Posies: salted caramel mousse topped with chocolate cookie crumbs and an edible flower
Lemon Tartlets: mini cookie cups filled with tart lemon curd and topped with fresh berries
